The mission of Harvest Family Ministries is to equip and encourage all members of the families in our fellowship to take the next step in obedience, trust, and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible provides a blueprint to how we should care for and cultivate our marriages and also how to build godly relationships with our kids as we train and raise them to honor Jesus in their words, attitudes and actions. When this blueprint is followed, through the strength and direction of the Holy Spirit, God is glorified and we are able to see His sovereign plan more clearly developing in our lives.
We believe as Disciples of Jesus Christ, the Lord calls our Families to:
- Display love and honor to each other which indicates to all people that we are disciples of Jesus Christ – John 13:34-35
- Continually place Jesus at the center of all circumstances, aspects, and relationships in the home – Col 3:12-17
- Be saturated with the Word of God – Jsh 1:8, Psa 119:9-11, 2Ti 3:14-16, Heb 4:12
- Share with others the joyful hope that is in us because of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ – Mat 28:19-20, Rom 5:8, 1Pe 3:15
