The first weekend of every month is “Harvest Weekend”, an opportunity to restock our food pantry. The pantry fills a great need in our church and has blessed many in our fellowship.
These are some of the items that the food pantry can use for the next Harvest Weekend:
- Tuna
- Canned beans (not green beans)
- Canned Chicken
- Mac-n-cheese
Also, this months HUSD "Item of the Month" is canned chicken
Reminder: We regret that we are unable to accept food that is expired. Please check the expiration dates of any items you are donating. We are also unable to accept perishable foods such as bread, dairy, fruits and vegetables.

About our Food Pantry
The Food Pantry is designed to help meet the needs of anyone that is struggling to keep food on the table in these economic times. It is out of the abundance of what God continues to supply our body of believers that we want to help families in need. The pantry is located at our offices and is run by a team of people that distribute the food a couple days per week. The way that we keep the pantry stocked with food is “Harvest Sunday's”. Harvest Sunday is the first Sunday of every month. Everyone in the church is encouraged to bring both non-perishables and small gift cards (for perishables) to the lobby of the worship center.
The Ministry
If you or your immediate family are in need of some extra food, please fill out this form and drop it in the offering basket or by the church office. The Food Pantry team will then call each and every person that fills out this form to set up a pick-up time that works best for everyone.
Also, if your immediate family is in need of this ministry and they do not attend Harvest Bible Church, please feel free to give this brochure to them so that they can take advantage of Gods bountiful harvest.
The Food Pantry takes donations in the lobby the first weekend of every month. Look for the big blue barrels and the large pull-up banner.
